GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FRAMEWORK 

Rupitol Finance Private Limited believes that excellence in customer service is the most important tool for sustained business growth. Therefore, the company follows a philosophy of providing resolution of the customers’ complaint/grievance in a manner that effectively resolves the complaint to customer’s satisfaction. 

Customers who wish to provide feedback or send in their complaint can use the following channels available with the company to lodge their complaints. The details are as follows :

A. REGISTRATION OF COMPLAINTS:

The customers are requested to necessarily provide Loan Account Number, Loan type & details of Grievance/ Query/ feedback along with phone no. & e-mail ID at the time of lodging their issue with the Company.

If the complaint/dispute is not redressed within a period of one month, the customer may appeal to Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Office of Department of Non-Banking Supervision of RBI under whose jurisdiction the Registered Office of the Rupitol Finance falls.

B. RESOLUTION TURN AROUND TIME :

Grievances shall be resolved in a proper and time bound manner with detailed advice to the customer within the 14  Working days from the date of receipt of Complaint at Level 1. The customer is kept informed in case of any delay envisaged by the Company in resolution of the grievance beyond the stated timelines.
