I have been working with rupitol finance private limited from last 2 years. My association with the organisation has contributed to my personal and professional growth. I have a penchant for simplifying process and system to get better result and improve customer expericence. I've been working with Rupitol from last 9 months. Professionally I have seen growth in my learning and overall financial growth so far. The entire team including seniors and juniors are supportive and have a team work attitude. To even harmonize work life, one can actively participate in many Employee engagement activities organised by the company. I have been fortunate to be a part of this wonderful work environment.

When I set foot into Rupitol in january 2021 as a Regional Head since then I’ve had numerous chances to be part of something exciting, to be able to learn new things as well as to demonstrate my strong commitment and contributions at work. Here, the opportunity to grow personally and professionally like communication, collaboration, teamwork, professionalism etc., is quite tremendous. To even harmonize work and life, one can actively participate in many engagement activities organized by the organization. When I started my career with Rupitol Finance Pvt. Ltd. in 2021 as CSO(Customer Service Officer) since then I’ve had numerous chances to be part of something exciting, to be able to learn new things as well as demonstrate my strong commitment and contributions. I had learned new things, face challenges but never gave up. We as a team has a strong bonding with each other and as an individual it helps me in team coordination, effective communication & teamwork. I’ve been fortunate to be part of thism Rupitol family.

Ltd.has a nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors who always care about their team members and help them to perform even better.
